Working with Laura as our buyer’s agent was a fantastic experience. She was highly responsive and gave us a run-down of the various neighborhoods we were looking at because we moved from out of town. She took initiative to set up multiple homes for us to see when we visited the area, which made our house hunting visits effective and efficient. I also appreciated her honesty about what towns she knows and does not know. We worked with multiple realtors throughout our home buying process and she was far and away the best through her knowledge of the area and responsiveness. I can tell she values her work as more than just a sale by the way she followed up during the closing process and after the sale of our home. Another item worth noting is she has a network of contractors, lenders, handymen, inspectors, etc which was invaluable as someone moving from out of town. She never pushed any recommendations on us, but she had multiple suggestions for people we could call any time we asked for help. So far, everyone she recommended has worked out great (this goes for our home inspector, attorney, lender, radon tester, radon mitigation contractor, and having floors refinished). It’s incredibly easy to give her a five start review and I would immediately recommend her for the Oak Park / River Forest/ Forest Park areas.
